Training is always an interactive session, where we have opportunities for allindividuals. Training is always interactive; all staff's ideas and views are being discussed.
The trainer engages us with practical skills. The training plan is well planned. They give opportunity to every person to ask doubts and clarifies them. The trainer is very good in their observation and involves everyone in their sessions.
I feel learning face to face much more beneficial to me and I think it’s conducive to learn from one another’s experiences.
I especially enjoyed the new training on Autism and Positive Behaviour Support, they gave great insight and was Informative talk. I felt I learned a lot and understood more about autism & PBS, fascinating, thank you.
The trainers seem to have a sound knowledge of the topics and experience to supplement. The trainers can read the room and understand the different needs of the individuals present.
Face to face training is much more beneficial, I can ask questions and get more information. It helps me learn about subjects I've not previously known. Love how I can discuss and debate what I'm learning.
All training is relevant to my job role. Everyone had plenty of opportunity to contribute and questions were answered.
The trainers were brilliant, I felt comfortable in asking questions. Each course was very informative and the way they shared their own personal experience was insightful to hear.
All training is engaging, there is lots of discussion and group work. I also find it informative. I always leave courses learning something new even though I’ve been in the sector for years!  I enjoy the way training is delivered. Trainers know their subjects and their passion comes through.
